Book week theme for 2021 is: “Old World, New World, Other World“

Due to ongoing COVID-19 limitations we have decided to take our parade out of the school gates.

On Wednesday 25th August from 9:30am, weather permitting, we will leave the school and walk single file around the block (see attached map).

We ask that spectators stand on the opposite side of the road and park away from the route. This will make it easier for everyone to see the children as they parade.

If there is rain or high winds, we will decide by 8:00am on Wednesday and then move to an indoor parade that will be filmed and shared with families. We will advise families via Class Dojo if the outdoor parade is cancelled.

I understand that this is not ideal but we feel that it is a good and safe compromise.

We ask that you refrain from sharing images on Social Media platforms unless the image only features your child.

We look forward to the fun and excitement of dress up day on Wednesday.
