The name of the Learner Management System backed by the Department for Education. It features a home portal for staff, parents and students.

The name of the app used on a phone or tablet to access Frog.

📩 Setting up your account

The important things to know when accessing Frog for the first time:

  1. Your account is created at the Department for Education’s “Community Portal”,
  2. You will receive an email from “noreply@schools” inviting you to create an account.
  3. Important: Once your account is created using Community Portal, you can access Frog the following day.
    • This is because accounts are synced statewide to all Frog schools once a day.
  4. Download the FrogGo app using the links below:

When first accessing Frog, it will ask you to give our school URL. Copy and paste this URL:

🙋 Frequently Asked Questions

We are introducing different levels of Frog in gradual stages.

At this stage, Staff have created classrooms with classroom information and learning resources.

Parents can:

  • See Journal entries (photos)
  • See classrooms for information
  • See calendars and events
  • receive announcements
  • send and receive messages from staff/teachers

Students are not required to have Frog access yet. This will happen before the end of 2026. They can still access links for learning through the school website and their chromebooks in classrooms.

Q. Can grandparents join Frog?

A. By default, the Community Portal can only invite direct parents of students attending school. Grandparents cannot be invited to join Frog.

Q. How do I message a teacher?

A. From the Frog main page, click “Messages”, then “Add…” and search for the teacher your would like to contact.
