Introducing Frog for Families

Jun 19, 2026 | Department for Education, school info, school news

We are moving to Frog because it is a Department-backed learner management system that gives families a simple, secure and consistent way to stay connected with school life. The FrogGo app will become the main place for families to access important information such as school notices, learning updates, calendars, announcements and other key communication from the school. Frog can be accessed using a PC, laptop, or tablet.

📣 In Term 3, ClassDojo will be switched off and families will use Frog instead.

Before families can access Frog, they need to create their login through the Department for Education Community Portal. These details will then become your Frog username and password.

Follow the instructions below to access Frog for the first time.

  1. Look out for an email invitation from the Department for Education Community Portal. Note the email is sent from “education.noreply”.
  2. Invitation emails will be sent from Week 9, Term 2 (2026) or at the time of a new enrolment.
  3. Open the invitation email and follow the link to create your Community Portal account.
  4. Create your username and password.
  5. Keep these login details safe. This username and password will also be used to access Frog/FrogGo.
  6. Once your account has been created, you can access Frog.

📣 Please complete this registration before the start of Term 3, 2026, so you are ready to use FrogGo when it becomes our default school communication platform.

Frog can be accessed on any browser using this link, or download the FrogGo app for your phone or tablet:

When accessing Frog for the first time, you will need to provide our school URL. You can copy and paste the URL below:

  • 10.1 Miss Abbott
  • 17.1 Miss Butcher
  • 18.1 Miss Ehlers
  • 18.2 Mr. Dollard
