THREE (3) ITEMS ARE REQUIRED \n\n\n\nBefore attending\, the following must be received by the school: \n\n\n\n\nPayment on QKR! or in person (details below)\n\n\n\nWATER SAFETY CONSENT FORM. This is a Department for Education mandated form. It will be sent via email\, looking similar to this form.
