DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, 8th March all Year 5/6 students will participate in Water Safety Lessons facilitated by Port Noarlunga Aquatics. \n\n\n\nThree sessions over the whole day are held at Port Noarlunga Jetty. Students will walk to and from the beach\, departing school at 9AM and returning by 4:10PM. Students can be collected by a parent from the beach at 4PM. \n\n\n\nIMPORTANT! THREE (3) ITEMS ARE REQUIRED \n\n\n\nBefore attending\, the following must be received by the school: \n\n\n\n\nPayment on QKR! or in person (details below)\n\n\n\nWATER SAFETY CONSENT FORM. This is a Department for Education mandated form. It will be sent via email\, looking similar to this form. Please check your email soon after receiving this excursion notice.\n\n\n\nPermission to attend (given at the bottom of this form)\n\n\n\n\nCheck with your class teacher or the front office (8382 2455) if you would like to check everything has been received. \n\n\n\nWHAT TO BRING: \n\n\n\n\nPacked recess and lunch.\n\n\n\nWater bottle.\n\n\n\nWear bathers (students will wear a wetsuit over top\, provided by aquatics).\n\n\n\nSpare change of clothes.\n\n\n\nSpare change of underwear.\n\n\n\nApply sunscreen.\n\n\n\nExtra sunscreen to re-apply during the day.\n\n\n\nSchool hats must be worn for walking to and from the beach.\n\n\n\nUniform is not required today.
